At ASH Integrated Services, we believe in the power of early career guidance. That’s why we were proud to support The Deanery High School’s careers event, where our Director, Antony Grace, joined other local employers and colleges to help Year 9 students and their parents explore future career and education options.

For many students, Year 9 is the first major decision-making point in their education, as they begin selecting their GCSE subjects. These choices can influence their future career paths, making it crucial that they have access to real-world insights and advice.

By speaking with students and parents, Antony helped to:

Raise Awareness – Many students are unaware of the diverse career opportunities within mechanical, electrical, and renewable energy industries.

Encourage Informed Choices – Understanding the practical applications of subjects like science, maths, and technology can help students select GCSE options that align with their career interests.

Bridge the Gap Between Education and Industry – Connecting students with real employers gives them a clearer vision of the skills and qualifications valued in today’s job market.

ASH Integrated Services has long been dedicated to inspiring the next generation. We are passionate about ensuring young people have the knowledge, support, and confidence to take their next steps. This includes career fairs, mentoring, apprenticeships, and work experience.

We delighted in playing a role in The Deanery High School’s event. We look forward to continuing our support for students across Greater Manchester.
