ASH Integrated Services combines the experience of a large contractor with the personal approach of a close-knit team.
Our three directors, Antony, Sean and Howard, bring more than 100 years of combined industry experience, along with the practical knowledge and commitment to ensure every client has a positive experience.
All three can still occasionally be found on the tools, something clients value. It means recommendations are based on real-world experience, not theory.
As a growing team, ASH works across the UK in sectors including education, hospitality, commercial property, housing, and manufacturing.
Projects range from new developments to complex work within Grade II listed buildings.
ASH Integrated Services is on track to reach £8 million turnover this financial year, reflecting continued growth, strong client relationships, and confidence in our integrated approach.
Investment
ASH Integrated Services doesn’t stand still. Our industry moves fast, and so do we.
We’ve invested in our own pre-fabrication workshop to reduce time on site, minimise disruption, improve health and safety, and maintain consistent quality.
We’ve also built our own in-house 24/7 help desk and management system, giving clients faster support for reactive and emergency M&E issues.
As demand for low-carbon solutions grows, we continue to invest in renewable services, from EV charging points and solar PV to underfloor heating and air source heat pumps.
Most importantly, we invest in our people.
Through apprenticeships, industry qualifications, and hands-on training, we make sure our team stays equipped, skilled, and ready.
With 95% of on-site activity delivered by our in-house workforce, clients can expect the ASH way every time: professional, reliable, and friendly.
Our Directors
Antony Grace
Director
Antony has over 30 years’ experience in the industry, building his reputation installing and maintaining complex electrical systems across the UK.
He has led projects across multiple sectors, from single-site developments to national hotel chains.
Antony co-founded ASH Integrated Services in 2019 after successfully scaling his previous business, Staticelec Ltd.
He is regularly approached by industry professionals for advice on the latest techniques and technology, reflecting his position as a respected voice within the sector.
Sean Jackson
Director
Sean brings over 40 years’ experience as a fully qualified gas installation and service engineer.
Starting as a pipe fitter and welder, he built his reputation delivering mechanical systems across the hospitality, healthcare, education, and housing sectors.
Experience ranges from small-scale works to complex projects, including the conversion of a 16-storey office block into 140 apartments.
As the industry evolves, Sean continues to develop his expertise in modern and renewable systems, helping clients explore more efficient, forward-thinking solutions.
Howard Jackson
Director
Howard has more than 35 years’ experience delivering mechanical projects across the UK.
His knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems is extensive.
He began his career as an apprentice before spending 27 years at Matthew Hall (now SPIE), one of the UK’s largest M&E contractors.
His project experience includes major infrastructure and specialist environments, alongside multi-site delivery across housing, education, and public sector estates.
