At ASH Integrated Services, we are proud to announce our commitment to improving employment standards by signing up to the Salford City Mayor’s Charter for Employment Standards. This important initiative aligns perfectly with our company values of investing in people, promoting equality, and helping to build stronger communities. 

The Salford City Mayor’s Charter for Employment Standards is designed to encourage businesses to raise employment standards across the city. By joining the Charter, ASH Integrated Services has pledged to support its core principles:

Salford is actively working to become the first Living Wage City in England which is a commitment we fully support. The Real Living Wage is independently calculated based on the cost of living, ensuring that employees are paid a fair wage that reflects their financial needs.
