ASH Integrated Services provides a joined up electrical, plumbing and heating solution, which reduces stress for clients by offering one point of contact.
We genuinely are an integrated M+E contractor.
Our integrated approach means clients benefit from dedicated mechanical and electrical supervisors on each project.
ASH brings the experience of large projects with the intimacy and personal touch of a small organisation.
The three directors, Antony, Howard and Sean, bring more than 100 years’ industry expertise to the table, with the desire and passion required to leave every client with a positive experience.
ASH Integrated Services works on schemes across the UK in sectors including education, hospitality, commercial property, housing and manufacturing. Its work ranges from new developments to complex Grade II listed buildings.
Investment
ASH Integrated Services doesn’t stand still. We can’t, as our industry moves too fast and we refuse to be left behind.
We have invested in our own pre-fabrication workshop, enabling us to reduce time spent on site, keeping disruption to a minimum all while offering improved health and safety and consistent quality.
In addition, we have invested in our in-house 24/7 help desk and our own management system to lead the way in reactive and emergency M+E support.
We have also invested in our renewable-related services ensuring we can deliver everything from car charging points and PV panels to underfloor heating and air source heat pumps.
Most importantly, we invest in our staff. Through apprenticeships and other vital industry qualifications to practical training, we ensure our team are fully equipped and prepared.Our in-house workforce, which accounts for 95 per cent of activity on-site, work the Ash Integrated Services way: professional, reliable and friendly.
Our Directors
Antony Grace
Director
Antony Grace, who has been in the industry for more than 30 years, built his reputation installing and maintaining complex electrical systems and networks across the UK.
With experience across multiple sectors including education, commercial buildings, manufacturing and hospitality, Antony has led on projects ranging from single offices to national hotel chains.
His knowledge and expertise also spans electrical works on new developments through to careful installation and maintenance on Grade II-listed buildings.
Antony co-founded Ash Integrated Services Ltd in 2019 after successfully building up another company he founded, Staticelec Ltd.
ASH Integrated Services is on track to increase turnover to £5.5m in the current financial year.
Like his fellow directors at Ash Integrated Services, Antony can still occasionally be found on the tools. This is something clients value as they know his recommendations are based on the best approach for all parties.
In addition, he is regularly approached by industry professionals asking his opinion and advice on the latest techniques and technology, which demonstrates his position as a leader in his field.
Sean Jackson
Director
Sean has more than 40 years’ experience in the industry as a fully qualified gas installation and service engineer.
Starting out as a pipe fitter and welder, he built his reputation installing and maintaining a range of mechanical systems across multiple sectors including hospitality, healthcare, education, and housing.
From ventilation and air conditioning to underfloor heating and thermal solar panels, Sean’s areas of expertise have allowed him to work on a variety of schemes from small sites to a complex housing project, which turned a 16-storey office block into 140 apartments.
After successfully growing and building SJ Services, Sean co-founded Ash Integrated Services in 2019, with the business on course to hit £5.5m turnover in the current financial year.
Like his fellow directors at Ash Integrated Services, Sean can still be found on the tools from time to time. This hands-on approach allows him to recommend solutions to clients that are based on the latest techniques and best practices.
The increasing impact of technology on the industry has only deepened Sean’s passion for mechanical engineering, which he says keeps the job even more interesting as well as allowing clients to explore impactful renewable options.
Howard Jackson
Director
Howard, who has 35 years’ experience within the industry, built his reputation on delivering mechanical projects across the country. He has extensive knowledge within heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
He started his career as an apprentice before spending 27 years at one of the largest mechanical and electrical (M+E) contractors in the UK, Matthew Hall, which is known today as SPIE Matthew Hall.
Howard’s experience spans a variety of sectors and projects, including Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport, a site containing nuclear submarines, the food and drink sector, and prisons across the north west.
He also has success delivering installations and maintenance for multi-site brands including housing, education, and council-owned properties.
Following a short period running his own mechanical engineering business, Howard co-founded Ash Integrated Services in 2019.
The firm is on track to achieve £5.5m turnover in this financial year.
Like his fellow directors at ASH Integrated Services, Howard can still occasionally be found on the tools, a trait valued by clients as they know his suggestions are the best possible solution based on current industry trends and techniques.
